How we price engagements
Our fees reflect scope, site count, and travel requirements — not arbitrary tier labels. Every project begins with a scoping call where we confirm deliverables and provide a fixed quote before work starts.
Pricing below is indicative for standard engagements. Complex multi-brand or multi-state rollouts are quoted separately.
Franchise Readiness Assessment
From AUD 12,500
Includes discovery call, up to two site visits in Victoria, document review, written report, and 30-day follow-up. Additional sites or interstate travel billed at cost plus a per-site fee of AUD 1,800.
Expansion Territory Planning
From AUD 8,900
Includes catchment analysis, cannibalisation review, territory boundary recommendations, and rollout sequence for 12–24 months. Customer data integration (POS export) adds AUD 1,200 if required.
Franchise Disclosure Review
From AUD 6,500
Includes annotated review of draft disclosure document and franchisee-facing materials. Turnaround typically 15 business days. Rush delivery (7 days) adds 25%.
Combined engagements
Clients who book Readiness Assessment and Territory Planning together receive a bundled quote, typically 10–15% below separate pricing. We recommend this sequence when you are within 12 months of recruiting your first franchisee.
Payment terms
- 50% deposit on engagement confirmation
- 50% on delivery of final report or deliverable
- Invoices payable within 14 days
- GST included in all quoted amounts

Retainer option
For groups planning multi-year rollouts, we offer quarterly retainer arrangements from AUD 4,200 per quarter. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling and reduced hourly rates for ad hoc advisory calls.
